Re-texturizing and Refining

Various treatments are available to treat skin irregularities such as acne scarring, pigmentation problems, blemishes and fine lines. These include microneedling and chemical peels.

Microneedling (using Dermaroller®) is a type of treatment that uses tiny needles to cause punctures in the skin. These small contact points encourage the body to create a wound healing response and renew the skin cells. As your skin repairs, the production of collagen and elastin is triggered to given an almost immediate plumping effect, which is long-lasting. Microneedling can significantly improve the appearance of acne scars, aged and sun damaged skin, wrinkles and lines on the face and chest, and stretch marks.

Chemical peels are a simple and non-invasive way of effectively treating a wide range of skin conditions including improving the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, minimising acne and acne scarring, and improving skin texture and skin pigmentation such as age spots or an uneven skin tone. The treatment stimulates new cell growth and collagen production, helping to reveal fresher, clearer, brighter skin.
